Service identity and scope
Routevia Express provides this website, tracking experience, and related courier information using a temporary pre-registration business profile based in New York, NY, United States. Registered entity and final contract information will replace this profile after registration and legal review.
Using Routevia services
Use Routevia services lawfully, follow published instructions, and provide information you are authorized to share. Service acceptance, coverage, handling, collection, and delivery arrangements depend on the route, shipment, capacity, and requirements confirmed for that consignment.
Shipment information accuracy
The sender or booking party is responsible for supplying complete and accurate names, contacts, addresses, parcel details, values, classifications, customs information, and instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay, restrict, redirect, return, or prevent a shipment.
Packaging and labelling responsibility
The sender is responsible for packaging goods appropriately for their nature, value, weight, route, and ordinary transport handling unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise. Labels and documents must remain accurate, legible, secure, and attached as instructed.
Tracking information
Tracking shows published operational checkpoints and customer-facing messages. It is not live GPS, may not update continuously, and can be corrected when factual information changes. A tracking status does not replace direct operational instructions or prove ownership of a shipment.
Delivery estimates and service availability
Any estimated date or service window is an operational estimate, not a guarantee. Availability and timing can change because of route conditions, capacity, customs, weather, security, access, public authorities, incomplete information, or events outside reasonable control.
Customs and cross-border shipments
The sender or booking party is responsible for accurate customs declarations, required documents, admissibility, duties, taxes, permits, and compliance with origin, transit, and destination requirements. Customs authorities control inspection and release decisions, which may affect timing.
Prohibited and restricted items
Do not offer illegal, dangerous, unsafe, improperly packaged, sanctioned, or otherwise prohibited goods. Restricted items may require advance approval, documentation, specific handling, or may be refused. Acceptance of a shipment does not waive applicable restrictions.
Delays, attempted delivery, and returns
Operational delays may occur and will be reflected through published updates when available. An attempted delivery may require another attempt, customer action, collection, correction, or return. Additional handling or return arrangements depend on the shipment and confirmed service terms.
Claims and liability
Keep shipment records, packaging evidence, value documentation, and tracking details needed to support a concern. Final claims procedures, exclusions, time limits, insurance options, and liability limits require post-registration legal approval and will be published before they form part of a final service contract.
Acceptable use and account security
Do not misuse tracking numbers, submit abusive or unlawful content, probe private routes, interfere with security controls, automate excessive requests, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access. Administrator credentials and sessions must be kept confidential.
Changes, availability, and contact
Routevia may update website content, service information, or these terms as operations and legal requirements develop. Temporary interruptions may occur for security, maintenance, or operational reasons. Use the Contact form for questions about these terms or a shipment.
