The private administrator area processes an owner username, email address, password-verification data, secure session records, and limited security fingerprints used to authenticate access, revoke sessions, and protect administrative actions. Passwords are not stored in readable form.

Authorized administrators may record sender and receiver names, contact details, addresses, shipment references, route information, package details, delivery estimates, and operational notes required to manage a shipment.
